At the moment of automatic upshift and downshift of the automatic actuator, or at the beginning of the transmission clutch locking and unlocking action, the oil pressure is reduced to reduce the impact of shifting and locking, and unlocking so that the vehicle can run smoothly. Its structure is basically similar to the on-off solenoid valve, consisting of a solenoid coil, armature, valve core, and so on.
Different from the on-off solenoid valve, the electrical signal that controls the operation of the pulse solenoid valve is not a constant voltage signal, but a pulsed electrical signal with a fixed frequency. The solenoid valve opens and closes the drain hole repeatedly under the action of the pulse electric signal. The computer changes the time ratio of opening and closing of the solenoid valve by changing the pulse width, that is, the duty ratio of the signal, so as to achieve control of the oil pressure. Purpose. The greater the duty cycle, the more automatic actuator transmission oil leaked through the solenoid valve, and the lower the oil pressure. Conversely, the smaller the duty cycle, the higher the oil pressure.
